This Privacy Policy describes the Leading Research Center «Quantum Computing» and the Russian Quantum Center (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by the Operator.

    The Operator uses the Yandex analytical platform to
